Hi Rupa,
No, it's not because of the following reasons :
1.) It wasn't designed to be for hacking in general ( you need to go through the JVM to get to the OS to get to the hardware).
2.) You can't force memory and CPU. Unlike codes in C or C+, Java can't use that much of your CPU and memory.
