    Lingaya Vidyapeeth is a private institution. It's in the Indian state of Haryana, at Faridabad. Originally called Lingaya's Institute of Management and Technology, it was connected to Maharishi Dayanand University when it was founded in 1998. 2009 saw the institute renamed Lingaya's University (now Lingaya's Vidyapeeth) and become a deemed-to-be university under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956 [1]. Ninety percent of students are enrolled on campus, and last year's top compensation package was twelve LPA, given to an exceptional CSE student.     Lingaya's Vidyapeeth is a private deemed-to-be university situated in Faridabad, Haryana, India. Its history dates back to 1990 when it was initially established as Lingaya's Institute of Management and Technology and was affiliated with Maharishi Dayanand University. In 2009, it gained deemed-to-be university status under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956 and was subsequently renamed Lingaya's University, which is now known as Lingaya's Vidyapeeth.
