Yes, LPU is best for CSE and one of my niece studied in LPU and she appreciated the University efforts every another day. In addition to this she told that LPU has many rankings to its credit, pedagogy is updated one and academic content is mapped with the industry requirement. The stress is laid on developing analytical, communication and decision making skills of students.
