I won't prefer you to opt for the LPU other than CSE as in that branch, it is known for and for any other thing you can't be able find any good thing other than the infra and the placements of all other branches are so worse that if you will see it once than you won't pursue engineering at all.

If comparing with IIT's and NIT's, it is not. Though, rejection from these prestigious institutes doesn't put a full stop to your dreams and life. It's all about, how you face a situation. Moreover, LPU teaches how to fight and stand in front fighting through the crowd. As far as academics are concerned, LPU has one of the most updated syllabi though it's implementation is not that remarkable. There are senior friends of our's from LPU as well as from IIT's as well. They are all in the same track at the last semesters. The only thing that differentiates you is your hard work. It doesn't means that college matters a lot, yes it is but m

LPU is a better option for Engineering, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty and provides hands on experience on the latest technologies. We can't say that LPU is best for engineering but it is good for engineering as it fails to provide placement in good companies and due to lot of rush of students in engineering. Some faculties are not good, they have lot of knowledge but they are unable to explain that easily to the students.
