Is LPU good for automobile engineering?

LPU is a good university for automobile engineering. The School of Automobile Engineering at LPU is very impressive: LPU Students wins Car Design Competitions at the Delta Automation Contest-2017 in China among which more than 75 teams participated from across ASIA. In another achievement, Mechanical engineering students designed a futuristic Formula One Racing Car at SAEINDIA 2017 Noida. India's first-ever self-driving, solar-powered bus hits the road and made the maiden journey at the Indian Science Congress which was inaugurated by The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, held at LPU. The bus was designed by LPU students. Engineering Students From All Over India Participated In EFFI-Cycle 2018, Held At LPU Campus in Collaboration With Maruti Suzuki where there were more than 70 participants from institutions like IITs, NITs, and from colleges across India. There was a cash price of 1 Lacs at the national green mobility competitive event. LPU Students don't just draw a car design, they actually built it and presented it alongside Mercedes, BMW, etc. At Auto Expo where LPU students showed 15 unique car designs and prototypes. LPU students design and race go-karts, electric bikes, solar cars, and efficient pedal cycles. That's the way to learn to engineer!

Indeed LPU is Excellent in automobile engineering. Automobile engineering students used make their own go kart. They also take part in all INDIA based competition. LPU go kart team is one of the best in INDIA. You will also get ample placement opportunity in LPU.

I'm alumni of lpu and from my experience, I can say lpu is the best, it has the best infrastructure and professional faculty is there who are always there for students. LPU is the best choice for pursuing Automobile Engineering. It deals with the study of various engines and their construction, electrical systems, alternative fuels, safety, economics and quality of an automobile. The students with the guidance of the School and University are very active in the field of automobile research and activities. Student has an Automobile club under Society of Automobiles India, Under which the teams has participated in various competitions by making there vehicle in Supra SAE (Student Formula CAR), Baja SAE India, BAJA SAE USA, Efficycle. Also LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 Universities internationally in Times Higher Education Impact Rankings. And LPU is also conferred with National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds. As per NIRF Ranking by government. Of India MHRD LPU is 78 Amongst all government & Private universities.
