Is LPU good for B.Tech CSE? I couldn't qualify for JEE Mains.

Yes, LPU is the best choice for engineering. You need not to worry if you could not qualify JEE Mains. You can get admission through LPU NEST. You have to qualify LPU NEST. LPU has been the university that has outperformed most of its competition. Be it academics, sports or cultural activities, the university boasts a number of accolades to prove its credibility. This is one of the reasons that contribute to making it one of the fastest-growing universities in India. LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Yes, you can go for LPU for B.Tech CSE. It doesn't matter if you have not qualified in JEE Mains. It has a good infrastructure with good faculty, you will find a great atmosphere there. LPU is the right place for Engineering programmes in general and CSE in particular. The eligibility 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST. 4 years agoIf you could not qualify the JEE Mains. No worries, opt plan B, you can join LPU but you need to clear the eligibility norms. The eligibility 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST. I think you should go for CSE in LPU. LPU is widely known for CSE in all aspects. The eligibility criteria are 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics)+ LPU NEST /JEE Mains. If you have not applied for LPU NEST you can still apply before 20th April. Good luck.
