Is LPU good for B.Tech CSE?

Yes, LPU is one of the best options among all the other private colleges of India. It excels in all the aspects like placements, campus life, hostel life, academics, co-curricular activities, etc. Placement here is very good and companies like Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, etc. Also, recruit from LPU. Out of around 500 companies coming here, there are nearly half of them offering dream packages. Also, nearly 100 companies that recruit from IITs and NITs also recruit from LPU, ultimately making the placements here very good. Also, when talking about the placement stats, maximum of the students sitting in the placement drive are placed while there are some students who opt for higher studies as well. The academics here is also very good. The curriculum at LPU is very perfectly designed. In order to expose the students to the industry standards and benchmarks, the courses here are mapped and are run in line with industry requirements. A dynamic approach is taken in which students explore real-world problems and challenges to solve Minor Projects, Live Projects, and Design Problem challenges. Students are exposed to higher-order problem-solving skills by making them part of competitive programming events like Codechef, Hackerrank, Topcoder, etc. CSE at LPU encourages all-round development through industry adapted curriculum focusing on enhancing both technical skills and soft skills. Every year, the coders at LPU set the benchmark a step higher by securing placements in top international brands like Microsoft, Google, and Apple. Also, the teaching methodology is very good here and there is a very large number of faculty members who have their doctorate degree and have a very good knowledge of the subject they teach.
