Chandigarh University offers world-class placement opportunities. For CSE there are tremendous placement offers. Campus Placements for the session 2021-22 saw some big names such as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, Flipkart recruiting engineering students from Chandigarh University. A record number of 3750 engineering students were selected during the campus placements in which more than 240 multinational companies participated. In total there was a jump of 30% in number of total companies visiting the CU campus for campus placements of engineering students while there was jump of 70% in the number of core branch companies which selected the fresh talent. Moreover the total number of offers made to the engineering students also saw a rise of 60% in comparison to last year. Of the total 240 Engineering sector companies, more than 300+ MNCs offered pay-package of more than 5 LPA while number of companies offering package of more than 10 LPA touched 80+ this year. It is notable that the highest package of Rs. 52.11 LPA was offered by TOP Company.

Being alumni of LPU, I would say you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard and has practical exposure, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. Amazon offered 3 students a INR 28 Lacs package + 28 students offered internships! For Cognizant, LPU has been the destination to pick market ready workforce as it has selected 1800 plus engineering students over the years. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of students. Around 550+ companies visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU. LPU is an axis for Joint campus placement drives. Some of the reputed companies that visits LPU for placements for B.Tech. are - Amazon, CTS, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, Bosch, Samsung, Voltas, Lava, Vodafone and many more. The top 110 companies that recruit IIT students also recruit LPU students.

Chandigarh University's job placement services are world-class. In CSE, there are a variety of work prospects. For the academic year 2021-22, Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Wipro, and Flipkart hired engineering students from Chandigarh University. A record good number of engineering students were chosen at the campus placements, which were attended by worldwide firms. The overall number of firms visiting the CU campus for engineering student campus placements increased, while the number of core branch organizations hiring new talent increased.
