Both university are doing well. But here I want to take your attention to Chandigarh University. Best placements are provided. Last academic year 757 companies with 8000+ Placement offered. Best Infrastructure, research facility, hostel, sports etc. Doing HM from Chandigarh university will provide you very good exposure in this field with training, guest lecture, workshops etc.

In Chandigarh university, placement of the college is very good, it is one of the reasons that many students come here. There is a department of career planning which invites more than 200 companies. But most of them are mass recruiters. Internships Opportunities : College provides you with three industrial internships in your 4 years course. But to be honest it is of no use. You learn nothing and you will go there just for 1 credit and for the Certificate of industrial internship. Placement Experience : from 7-semester students become eligible for campus placement they also do pool placements with CGC, LEANDRA the average package is around 600000 around 60% of students got placed from campus this year personally to get campus placed some companies are Wipro, Infosys and many other.

Dear Aspirant, I have no idea of the placement of the hotel management programme at Chandigarh University but being alumni of LPU, I can share the placement record of the hotel management at LPU. The highest package offered for this programme at LPU is 8.5 LPA and the average package is 2.4 LPA Avg. Salary package mentioned including additional benefits like meals, stay, tips, etc. The placements record with minimum of 10% students selected as Management Trainee (Junior Executive level) till date and the placement is with brands like Cox & Kings, Carnival Cruise, JET Airways, Oberoi, Taj, Leela, etc. Package: Six students were offered the package of Rs 8 Lacs by Carnival Cruise in last years. Internship: Industry internships in top national and international five-star hotel brands like The Leela Palace, ITC, Taj, Oberoi, The Grand, Marriott, etc. Intellectual Strength: Faculty members with a holistic blend of academic & industrial exposure.
