    Dear Anikethan, My brother has completed B.Tech Mechanical from LPU, His experience at LPU was amazing, Currently he is working with XL Dynamics with decent package. He told me, Mechanical Engineering student goes through an experiential learning process surrounded by high-end the latest labs and equipment including robotics and automation.     LPU offers a very extensive and well-designed mechanical engineering course. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal etc. Specialisation.     Without any doubt, LPU is the better choice to pursue your engineering. LPU does provide B.Tech in Mechanical. LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies.     I had the same question when I was looking out for college for my B.Tech I was confused between Delhi Technological University, Delhi, and Lovely Professional University Phagwara. But after discussions, thinking, and recommendations from my relatives ( Allummni of LPU) I joined LPU. It was actually a great decision. As per my experience, LPU is the best place for engineering. Dear, For a B.P.Ed course in LPU, anybody who holds a degree in any discipline and has an aggregate mark of not less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and participated in inter-college, zonal, district, or school-level sports competitions recognised by AIU/IOA/SGFI/Government of India is eligible.
