Well, In the situation of Covid-19, LPU has relaxed eligibility norms of various courses that LPU offers. Therefore eligibility criteria does not requires GATE so you can proceed for the admissions. You should check all details related to eligibility and admission criteria on www.lpu.in
In addition to above details let me tell you what my friend view about same stream. One of my friend passed out from LPU last year from same stream and he shared his experience with me. Highly qualified teaching staff combined with the best laboratories and modern technologies makes LPU the best place to pursue mechanical engineering degree. Students here get internships from big MNC's. Students get roles for engineers and trainees also. The Mechanical Department has highly experienced and qualified staff pursuing their research in thrust areas such as CAD/CAM, Mechanical design, Thermal engineering, Fluid dynamics, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool design and Flexible Manufacturing Systems/Automation. The Department has to its credit more than 100 research publications in International, National Journals including prestigious ASME Transactions, International Conference and National Conference He also said LPU will support you to get the best placements with all facilities that are required to fulfill your dreams. Platform to get the best opportunities LPU will provide to you but your hard work, passion, intelligence, holistic growth matters to shine among all. In mechanical engineering, placements are increasing with every passing year at LPU. Mechanical engineering is the discipline that applies engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials Science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. I would say that Lovely Professional University is a great university which every students are looking for. Be it studies, hangout places, infrastructure or extracurricular activities, this university has it all. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge.
