Dear Nomanjee, Yes, LPU is recognised by ICAR and UGC. LPU is not only recognised by these two approval bodies, in fact, but LPU also has many recognitions. It has other accreditation also like Association Of Indian Universities (AIU), Council Of Architecture (COA), National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE), Pharmacy Council Of India (PCI), Bar Council Of India (BCI), The Institution Of Engineers (India), Institute Of Town Planners, India (ITPI) as well as International Memberships. As in keeping with the law, universities do not require approval from AICTE to run its guides. It's the institutes that are affiliated to universities wishes AICTE approval. As LPU is a Bonafide University mounted via way of means of a State Act, it does now no longer require AICTE approval.
