LPU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2005 and has received accreditation from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in 2024 for its agricultural programs, further attesting to the quality and credibility of its educational offerings. LPU is NAAC+ accredited.

    Greetings!

Yes, LPU is recognised by ICAR and UGC. LPU is not only recognised by these two approval bodies, in fact, but LPU also has many recognitions. It has other accreditation also like Association Of Indian Universities (AIU), Council Of Architecture (COA), National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE), Pharmacy Council Of India (PCI), Bar Council Of India (BCI), The Institution Of Engineers (India), Institute Of Town Planners, India (ITPI) as well as International Memberships. Note- LPU is the first private university that got ICAR approval. For more details, you may refer to the LPU website. I hope this helps.

Yes, Lovely Professional University (LPU) is recognised by both the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). ICAR recognition is particularly important for agriculture-related programs, as it ensures that LPU's agricultural courses meet the necessary standards and quality benchmarks set by ICAR. UGC recognition, on the other hand, validates the overall academic quality and standing of the university. This recognition assures students that LPU's programs are legitimate and in compliance with the guidelines of these regulatory bodies.
