Is M.Sc Or MS course available in India for aeronautical or aerospace engg. in distance mode? I'm a B.Tech aeronautical engineering student.

Almost till recently, there was a ban on offering any course that requires substantial practicals, by way of distance education. So I am afraid, post-graduation in the field of any branch of engineering through distance learning would only be in the realm of imagination. I am not aware of any university offering PG in Aerospace Engineering via distance learning.
