Hi! M.A. In Mass Communication is a wise option, it's a worldwide acceptable field with great career options and you can always go for a Masters in Mass Communication after any undergraduate program. If you have good communication skills and have interest in the society you live in then you can go for Mass Communication and if you have interest in Economics then you can further go for Masters in Economics and perhaps get into the academics later. Good luck!
