    Narasaraopeta Engineering College (NEC) is an engineering private institution that operates on a self-governing model located in Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh. Established in the year 2001, it is run by the Vignan Education Society. The college, although being a privately funded institute, has received autonomous status from the UGC and hence is authorized to develop its own curriculum and conducts examinations independently.     Narasaraopeta Engineering College (Autonomous) is a private engineering college located in Narasaraopeta, Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. Established in 1998, it is promoted by the Gayatri Educational Development Society (GEDS). The college is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A+' grade.
