    The National Institute of Design (NID) is India's the finest design school. It was founded in 1961 and currently has campuses in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Bengaluru, Karnataka. NID offers undergraduate and postgraduate design programmes in areas such as Industrial Design, Communication Design, Textile and Apparel Design, Animation Film Design, and others.
