When comparing NITs, one must take into account several variables, including location, infrastructure, placement history, faculty caliber, and academic reputation.</p><p>The overall rating of NIT Mizoram is 3.8 out of 5.</p><p>The overall rating of NIT Surathkal is 4.4 out of 5.</p><p>The overall rating of NIT Kurukshetra is 4.1 out of 5.</p><p>So NIT Mizoram is not the best among all the NITs.</p>
