According to the Engineering NIRF report 2024 released by NIT Silchar, the median package offered during BTech and MTech placements 2023 stood at INR 13.95 LPA and INR 6 LPA, respectively. A total of 123 students were placed out of 140 eligible students during BTech Mechanical placements 2023. Further, the placement rate recorded during MTech ME (CAD-CAM & Automation) placements in 2023 was 100%.
