Is NUS, Singapore a good option to pursue Masters in clinical psychology in comparison to other universities in US and Canada?

Please let me know about the fees, scholarships available, cost of living and job opportunities ahead. I want to know if it's an option worth considering since I haven't been able to get much information about it in detail. Thank you.
