Is PgCTL from Suraasa a real or scam educational organization?

A few of my friends from my B.Ed. college are actually pursuing PgCTL as well side by side. According to what I have heard, it sounds like a good organisation for teachers. In fact, I am also planning to pursue PgCTL a few months down the line.

Well, according to my experience, you do not have to believe such kind of organization because mostly, those are fake. So i think it is also fake and it you want to learn there are lots of free resources on internet.
