Is physical education included in best of 4 subjects or not because criteria is that 2.5% is deducted from overall percentage?

They include it in best four but deduct 2.5% from the best four subjects' percentage, as the rule says that if the best four subjects include any other subject than maths, they deduct 2.5% from overall.
