Is Piloo Mody College of Architecture, Cuttack better than College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar for pursuing B.Arch?

Both are nearly same, but Piloo Modi is only for architecture and it is better there. If you do B.Arch as it is better, although its private, it is the best after NIT Rourkela and IIT Bhubaneswar in terms of architecture.
