Is Swami Vivekanand Univ., MP authorized to give D.Ed degree? I am based out of Jaipur and they offered me online B.Ed without having D.Ed.

I'm a full-time PGT in a reputed school, Jaipur. The school wants me to do B.Ed but IGNOU demands D.Ed certificate for distance B.Ed. I got to know about Swami Vivekanand Univ., MP. They offered me B.Ed without completing D.Ed. If they are fake, what other options do I have? I can't do full time BEd
