Yes, The D.Ed Course is recognised by NCTE also known as National Council for Teacher Education. That means D Ed Course graduates receive a nationally accepted teaching qualification. The eligibility criteria for the DEd programme is that candidates should clear Class 12th in any stream from a recognised board with a minimum of 50 percent - 60 percent aggregate marks.

    Dear Abhay,

Yes, the Diploma in Education (D.Ed) course is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). NCTE maintains a list of approved institutions offering D.Ed programs. For instance, the A.K.I. Junior College of Education in Mumbai offers a D.Ed course and is recognised by NCTE.

To ensure the recognition status of a specific D.Ed program, you can refer to the NCTE's official list of recognised institutions. This list provides details about approved institutions and their respective courses.

    Best regards.
