    Hi Pankaj,
    As far as the BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd), NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation), and IOC (Indian Oil Corporation), are concerned, till date they had their own exams but with the toughness, quality and standards of GATE on a growing curve with years to come, and with the need for a singular qualifying examination for many of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) under the Union government, like NTPC, . BHEL, IOC, and Defense research and Development Organization (DRDO), it appears that GATE could be the undisputed choice of the PSUs for candidate screening.

    no,actually all these exams belong to a same domain with gate as the father,in gate,mathematics is also asked

    Not much. I can say that if you prepare for GATE, you can clear technical rounds of NTPC and BHEL. The only difference is that NTPC and BHEL also asks for aptitude and general awareness.
