The University of California San Diego acceptance rate is 25% as of Fall 2024. As per the statistics, 130,000+ first-year applications were received for Fall 2024. The recorded GPA of the first-year students is 4.11 – 4.29. Considering the acceptance rate, it can be said that the university is very selective at the time of admission. Moreover, the applicants are required to meet the entry requirements. The general requirement for admission to UG courses is having a U.S. High School Diploma. For admission to PG courses, the applicants must hold a bachelor's degree.
