Hi, Yes, it is possible to get admission into B.Tech through lateral entry. At present, the admissions are being done online and the eligibility criteria to seek admission in B.Tech (lateral entry) is Pass with 60% in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) (3yrs. after 10th or 2 yrs after 10+2(Non-Medical)) or B.Sc (Non-medical)/ B.Sc(Computer Science) or equivalent. There are also lots of scholarships available in different categories and criterion: # Scholarship on the basis of Percentage in previous two Qualifications including the one of eligibility! # COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship for the Frontline Workforce # Scholarship on the basis of LPUNEST # Scholarship on the basis of National level entrance exams ( for some programs) # Scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports, Cultural, R&D, Co-curricular and Social Service Bravery Awards. # Special Scholarships and Fee Concessions If you are eligible for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship you will get is the maximum one. The best thing is if you get the scholarship, the tuition fees after getting a scholarship will be applicable every semester except a few types of scholarships.
