Is there any possibility of changing college to another college..??

Hello sir/madam, currently I am studing in IHM Kolkatta and due to some personal problem I am willing to take transfer to IHM Hajipur ....Is there any posssibility ?....desperately need your help......please take the matter seriously ansd please help me out....
