Is there any variation in the salary packages of male and female cabin crew members on Indian or international carriers?

In India, salary packages are comparable in almost all the airlines. The regulations decided by DGCA play a dominant role in deciding their working hours and duties.
There is no discrimination in salary packages based on gender. The salary differs only on the basis of seniority and fleet in India.

As per the Indian airline, there are no such differentiation in salary.
Of course, when you fly for International airline they pay you according to the class you are trained in.
For example, a crew working in economy class are paid differently compared to the crew who are working in business class
