    Hello Kamal,
LPU-NEST is the entrance and scholarship test, which is considered as a mandatory entrance test to take admission in LPU. Though, you can take admission with 90% in your boards, for more availing more scholarship benefits you can give the LPU NEST exam.

You can get direct admission on the basis of your board marks and your marks lie in category II student i.e, you can get a scholarship of 30% over tour marks. But, if want to increase your scholarship amount you can go for LPU NEST.

Yes, you can get admission on the basis of your boards marks as well. LPU provides scholarship on boards marks as well. You can call them on the toll free number and enquire about how much scholarship would you get on 90% in boards. On the basis of LPU-NEST exam, a candidate gets a scholarship. Also, LPU provides scholarship in phases. For example, if you take admission in May you get more scholarship, if in June the scholarship gets decreased on the same percentage.
    All the best.
