is tier 1 college is necessary? and if not what a student of pcm 11th should do and how to study BECaUE PaLNING is EaSY but execution is not

I am a student my most of frnds are preparing for IIT but I am not I have free time and that goes in mindless scrolling I try not to do tha but still I do and have most of the free time so give any tips and what to do if you don't know your interest.
