  • Generally, the University College of Engineering comes under Tier 2 Category College. While offering a good academic curriculum and a reasonable record of placements at 70-84% for most students, it does not share the stature or resources as Tier 1 colleges. Maximum salary packages have been reported up to 24 LPA, but the average is not so great. The profile is indeed versatile for the different departments. The placement cell at UCE allows interaction with companies, mainly from the IT and engineering sectors, thus increasing employment opportunities for graduates.
