VIT may or may not be better than SRM and Manipal, but LPU is far ahead of any of these. It has excelled in all possible criterion to compare the universities like: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since IT is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a programme which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy formal the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech programme must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel etc. Are must for any professional to succeed in career. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech programme. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc. Are given high importance in the organisations. The programme must include the training or modules on all these. Hello! Both the universities are doing good, but I would suggest LPU as the best option. VIT is Vellore institute of technology. VIT has a good name in the education sector and most of the students trust it. But recent times there have been cases of harsh decision by the university regarding the movement of the students in its campus for the female and male candidates. It also does not provide a good amount of scholarship and the these are quite high. So if you want a better experience in the university along with good studies and placements then consider not joining VIT.

Dear Ayushman, All VIT, Manipal, SRM, and LPU are good institutes. We cannot compare anyone with each other as every university does well as per their own capability. Being alumni of LPU, I would love to share the details of LPU with you without any comparison. LPU is spread over 600 acres of campus having 30000+ students and 3500+ faculty and staff. Many students come across the world which makes you feel like you are in a foreign country. All the above institutes are fine!But I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, they have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help, they are ready to help you out. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ).
