    Dear Rohit, I have no knowledge about Mechanical at VIT, but being alumni of LPU I can share the details of B.Tech in Mechanical engineering. At LPU. LPU among the only three Universities ranked top 200 in the world in Times Higher Education Impact Ranking 2021

    I had the same question when I was looking out for college for my B.Tech but I was confused between Delhi Technological University, Delhi, and Lovely Professional University Phagwara. But after discussions, thinking, and recommendations from my cousins ( Passouts of LPU) I joined LPU. It was actually a great decision. As per my experience, LPU is the best place for engineering. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. The LPU offers a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering.     VIT, is a decent name, but I would suggest you to go with LPU !

    School of Mechanical Engineering organized an International Conference on Recent Advances in Mechanical Engineering (ICRAME), in which experts from leading brands like Maruti Suzuki, Biomimicry India were present.     Hi, Mechanical is often called an evergreen field, but it is very dynamic in nature, you need to have the curator who upgrades the curricula constantly. VIT, is a decent name, but I would suggest you to go with LPU !
