Executive MBA and PGDM are 2 very different courses.
Work experience is a mandate for Executive MBA, but not for PGDM.
Executive MBA is for professionals who wish to take on leadership or entrepreneurship roles while PGDM can be done by both freshers and experienced people.
Candidates are required to have at least 5 years of work experience to enrol for Executive MBA. Hello,
Yes, this is true that executive MBA programs are offered to the ones only who have required work experience and the required work experience varies college to college. Only working professionals can join EMBA programs.
The Executive MBA has one year duration and it is for mid-career executives who aspire towards leadership roles.
As far as I know, it is needed to have a minimum of five years full time work experience as criteria to do EMBA. And of course, a valid GMAT score too, is required to have.
Selection is based on educational background, working experience, GMAT score, personal interview, etc.
