Yes, in top B-school to pursue executive MBA, work experience is mandatory, but not in the case of every B-school .It is one year program for working professional, So, as the word suggest, that you require work experience, if you want to pursue your degree program from top B-school . it's not and compulsory for 1st year but each and every college gives you the Summer Internship that you have to complete compulsory on that basis your grading will be decided and eventually it will help you in final placement find the dream job of your choice
