I am sorry to say that, with a category rank of 10,110 (OBC-NCL), getting into IIT is unlikely.
Usually, OBC-NCL B.Tech admissions are closed after around 3,000–4,000 rankings, varying by IIT and the branch.
Even in less popular branches of newer IITs (Bhilai, Goa, Jammu), the cut-off for OBC candidates is still below 7,000.
Most likely not to get admission into an IIT with these JEE Advanced OBC-NCL results.
