all are best but according to oppertunity in teaching i will rank
    1. ba eng
    2. bsc cse
    3. bsc agri
    4. bsc chem
i think in techical field as a lecturer btech or mtech is preferred over bsc and msc as in my university our all professors or assitant professors are phd or mtech and few have btech degrees no one have bsc or msc degree
but eng is evergreen in india and in world also.

    Dear Ishita
Through All 3 fields you can proceed for your desire aim but you should complete master degree after bachelor and than go for Net or PhD degree to apply as lecturer or faculty in any college or university.
Only difference is that in all. three fields is your domain will be specialised in respective area. And in science field there would be more hard work and study in compare to English.
Rest you can choose according to your interest.
    All the best
