    The field, for which your personality and your mind have flair for, is the best for you. All fields have their own mental requirements, for example, If you are an extroverted, good in convincing and negotiating skills, then maybe Marketing is better for you. If you have a pleasing personality, great soft skills, flair for pure service, then Tourism and hospitality is right for you. Moreover, the highest packages also depend upon what is your sincerity level in attaining the skills for any particular trade.     I think Tourism and Hospitality is a good field rest it depends on your interests.     Hospitality and tourism sector have got huge potential in India. You can do MBA in Hospitality and Tourism. If you qualify any of the below-mentioned entrance test (such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST, and you should also have a minimum of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in the MBA Hospitality and Tourism.     The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream, from a recognised educational Board, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
