I would like to suggest you to go with startup because in startup companies you will get more learning aspects as compared to MNCs. MNCs follow a particular work culture protocol where your work profile is predefined so you have to do as you are directed.
But startups are more open door office system where you can handle multifunctional team like marketing, promotion, operations, etc., this would give you a holistic view regarding all the fields and your problem solving skills will also developed drastically once you have more team to handle at the same time.
and if you handle those multifunctional teams in the organization so you can h

The decision for MNC vs Startups can be decided by the points given below:
    1. Salary: A start-up salary will be lower when compared with an MNCs, but your participation in job roles will be vast and you could learn a lot of things, and gain experience and knowledge. Your salary will be dependent on the funds which a start-up will get. MNCs do pay you well due to the resources and profits they have.
    2. Responsibility & recognition: In a start-up, each role is linked with responsibilities. You might have to work for long hours with more pressure and more responsibilities. But, with bigger responsibilities come bigger prizes both at profess

All of them are good and have decent perks & benefits. So, why are you taking such a long time to make a decision? Is it because you're getting confused whether to join a startup or MNC aka Multi National Company?
Choosing an MNC, no doubt, you will be working with the most seasoned people, but your scope of work is going to be pretty restricted (based on your experience level), you can't discuss some of your ideas with the MD/CEO of the company just like that, but you can have a fair balance in between work and life; only if you insist.
In fact, freshers join startups so that they can do a lot of experiments, build test, and see perspi

For a fresh MBA graduate, it is good to choose STARTUP instead of directly going for an own business or MNCs. Since each student who passes out from the campus by completing an MBA degree will be having an entrepreneurial mindset. If he or she wants to satisfy his needs and wants he should first work for a startup.
By working in a startup he/she will gain a lot of experience not only about how to do a job. Startup teaches how to overcome a hard time in a company. By working in a startup there is enough opportunity for him/her to know how a business runs and what difficulties will arise during the course of work.
    MNC's are a place where t

As a fresh MBA graduate with not much responsibility on the head and a desire to learn avidly, it is good to go for a job in a startup.
In a startup, there is so much to learn given you have enough time to make the best out of it. You get to the ground reality of things and it is almost like starting from scratch. If you are aspiring to be an entrepreneur and some great ideas in mind working in a startup can give you all you want to kick-start your own idea in near future.
Looking at the other side. If the only motive is to pursue an MBA degree was to get into a well established company and get the hefty pay cheque at the end of the mont

There are pros and cons in both MNCs and start-up. It totally depends on your future goals and how you wish to build your career. It totally depends on you in taking the right career decision. In a start-up, you are at risk. A start-up might fail and you might be jobless. Working in MNCs are safer because there are fewer chances of failing. In start-ups, there is no job security. But MNCs provides job security to employees. But comes to career growth, start-ups are the best to choose where you learn more and grow. The domain knowledge will improve and no time is wasted in office politics. Working in MNCs. It helps you in enhancing your
