My age is 34 years and I have done mechanical Diploma after my ITI but I am working as a recruiter right now. How can I change my field now?

5 years agoHello Sandip, First of all, let me congratulate you for having the guts to say that you want to change your field in spite of working for so many years in the same field. Yes, I fully agree with your idea. In life, we need to keep changing ourselves to suit the environment or to align our work with our desires and hobbies and our hopes. If you are not liking your present job then definitely it's high time to change it to the more challenging or to the more encouraging work field.
