My friend failed in maths sub but now he has taken admission in NIOS and he replace maths from painting is that degree is applicable.

In Degree like B.A. B.Com BBA etc.

    Yes, NIOS Degree/Certificates are acceptable in government jobs at par with other recognised university's degree/certificates. Hence, your NIOS degree is acceptable for all relevant government jobs or for higher education purpose.

    Yes, that degree is applicable in admission to Bachelors degree everywhere.
