Hello Sagar, Unfortunately many states in India do not accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th. Hence inspite of doing Diploma your friend will be stuck. He will have to complete his +2 first and then only some degree he can pursue.

Hi SagAr for pursuing B.Sc. In any field one has to complete his 12th and Polytechnic students only complete 10th in my opinion and also in 12th the subjects must be of Science field.

Dear Aspirant, Diploma ECE will not be considered for taking admission in B.Sc. Agriculture, either he needs 60% aggregate marks in 12th (with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths or Biology or Forestry) or Intermediate (Agriculture) or Diploma in Agriculture after 10th. Hope it helps ! Good Luck !

In order to take admission in B.Sc. (H) Agriculture, your friend needs to meet the eligibility norms which are pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths or Biology or Forestry) or 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) or 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent. If he wants to pursue Graduation in Agriculture then he needs to clear +2 or can do 2 years Diploma in Agriculture but three years ECE will not work. I will advise him to pursue B.Tech Lateral which has a wider scope as well. Identify an institution which is good in Engineering like IIT, NIT, VIT and LPU. I ca
