My jee main rank is 278000.and also from obc category.so if any posibility to get any govt. College in all over india.

In govt it is some difficult but you can get direct admission in private college or university or college under any government university , and it is clarify when you attend counsling process because in engineering no one imagine what are the cut off list , becuase from last 2-3 year many vacant seats are there alos in govt college
