My JEE ST rank is 1456 & I've got 58% in AHSEC board. Am I eligible for NIT for biotechnology with PCB marks? I belong to ST Category.

Even ST needs a minimum of 65%.

You are not eligible to get any NIT as your 12th percentage is very low because eligibility criteria for JEE Mains is 75% in 12th and your percentage is 58%. -
No, you cannot get any NIT for biotechnology. Your rank is good but board marks are less. The criteria is of 75% marks in board exam to get admission in NITs.
