My JELET rank is 9043. Can I get admission in Kolkata for B.Tech in electrical engineering? Can you suggest some colleges for me?

It is not about your college it's about your passion in engineering if you have your passion in engineering than every college proof a milestone. Just focus on the questions what else you would able to do if you change your institution. And do your best in the college where you get admission. Nowadays, electronic education is everywhere but no one give you passion. Just start your journey with passion.
