    NDA admit card is an important document and it is essential that the information on it is accurate. According to the Indian Army's website, if there is a discrepancy in the name, date of birth or other details in the admit card, candidates are required to submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of INR 10. If they are unable to get an affidavit, they may contact the NDA authorities for guidance.
