My rank is 17000(AIR)and 5000(OBC) in UPTU. Kya mujhe college Lena chahiye isake through ya ish saal drop leke jee mains crack karana chahiy

Please sir help me for figure out. I am Already a dropper student. Is my decision of taking second drop is Right.
