My rank is 21857 and I belong to OBC NCL but no seat has been allotted in the 1st & 2nd round, do I have any chance in the spot round?

    Actually, above rank 20,000, they won't allot a seat but you can apply to IHMs all over India. So you will be having more chances to get into one of them.
